Our laboratory is equipped with the following equipment to meet different application test according customers requests. And the team has more than 10 years experience in research in construction mortar industry. We develop modified products according to customers demands.
Cement mortar mixing machine: The basic machine to mix cements base mortar or gypsum mortar with different additives.
Standard mortar fluidity testing machine: To test different mortars fluidity. According to construction mortars fluidity standard, to control the water demand and chemical additives dosage.
Viscometer: To test the viscosity of cellulose ether.
Muffle furnace: To test product ash content.
Automatic ceramic tile adhesive strength testing machine: The necessary machine to do tile adhesive tests. To obtain the strengths of tile adhesive at different stage. It is also important parameter of valuing redispersible polymer powder.
Constant temperature drying oven: To do thermal aging test. It is am important test in tile adhesive tests.

Production Capacity
Longou International Business (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in 2007 and has been producing construction chemical materials for 15 years. We have our own factories for each production line and our factory uses imported equipment. For single model of single product, we can completed about 300 tons one month.
From the year of 2020, Longou has enlarged the production, a new production base--Handow Chemical. The new project incestment is 350 million RMB, covering an area of 68 acres. The first phase investment is 150 million RMB, mainly invested in the construction of a set of new environmental friendly polymer emulsion synthesis production workshop with an annual output of 40,000 tons, and a set of redispersible polymer powder production workshop with an annual output of 30,000 tons and related supporting facilities. The second phase investment is 200 million RMB to build a water-based/solvent-based acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive production unit with an annual output of 20,000 tons and an acrylic emulsion production unit with an annual output of 60,000 tons suitable for water-based industrial coatings such as containers and wind power, with an annual output value of up to 200 million US dollars.
Our products are widely used in waterproof coatings, self-cleaning coatings, modified polymer waterproof mortar, putty, tile adhesive, interface agent, self-leveling mortar, diatom mud, dry powder latex paint, thermal insulation mortar, (EPS, XPS) bonding mortar, plastering mortar, waterproof mortar, concrete repair, wear-resistant floor, water-based container coatings and other fields.
At present, Longou and Handow has cooperated with establishing multiple marketing networks around the world and has established cooperative relations with enterprises and distributors in North America, South America, Europe, Russia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other countries and regions.
